The Suisse Pillow in action
The perforated cover and ventilated foam let air move through the pillow instead of trapping heat against your skin.
High density memory foam takes the shape of your head and neck under load, then returns to its contour every morning.
The contour holds your head, neck and spine in a natural line, so the muscles that usually compensate get to switch off.
Engineered for deeper sleep

Aligns your spine while you sleep.

High density foam that adapts to you.

Built to stay fresh, night after night.

Breathable design, no sweaty nights.
The hidden problem

Your pillow collapses overnight, leaving your neck unsupported for hours.

Poor alignment builds tension at the base of the skull overnight.

Without support you constantly shift positions searching for comfort.

Flat pillows compress your shoulder and cut circulation while you sleep.
Measured, not claimed
Tracked across a twelve week sleep study.
Sleep diary
What people told us after twelve weeks of sleeping on it in their own beds.
Your first week

NIGHT 01
The cervical contour redistributes weight away from stress points. You feel the difference right away.

NIGHT 02
Your neck stays supported in one position instead of collapsing. You wake up looser, with less morning tension.

NIGHT 03
Your body adapts fully. Fewer micro awakenings and a deeper sleep cycle you can actually feel the next day.
What it actually does

Neck pain and stiffness
Keeps your head, neck and spine in a natural position throughout the night, helping reduce strain and preventing stiffness caused by poor sleeping posture.

Alignment
Holds your spine in place throughout the night, which supports healthy blood flow and helps you stay in one position instead of hunting for a new one.

Pressure
Evenly distributes weight across your head, neck and shoulders to reduce pressure points, helping your muscles relax for deeper, uninterrupted rest.

For side sleepers
Place your arm through the arm slot and it takes the pressure off your shoulder, so circulation keeps moving through the arm instead of being cut off under your own weight.

Airways
By holding your head and neck in line rather than letting your chin drop toward your chest, the contour helps keep your airway open, which for many people means less snoring.

Temperature
Between the perforated cover and the ventilated foam, air moves through the pillow rather than sitting against your skin. Less heat build up means fewer of the wake ups that come from simply being too warm.

Hygiene
The tailored fitted cover comes off easily through a small zip placed under the pillow, and washes at 30°C in a normal machine. We recommend every two weeks.

Harvard Health Publishing
On pillow shape
Their guidance for back sleepers is to choose a rounded pillow to support the natural
curve of your neck, with a flatter pillow cushioning your head
. That is the shape
this pillow is cut to.
On pillow height
They warn against using too high or stiff a pillow, which keeps the neck flexed
overnight and can result in morning pain
. For side sleepers they say to
keep your spine straight by using a pillow that is higher under your neck than your
head
, which is what the two contour heights are for.
Dr Nancy Foldvary-Schaefer
On support
Writing about sleeping positions for people with neck and back pain, she notes that
a supportive pillow under your neck can help
.
On alignment
Her wider point is symmetry: you want to have some spinal symmetry to keep from
straining one side of your body
. Keeping your head level rather than propped at an
angle is the part a pillow controls.

What actually moves recovery
Reviewing 25 studies, the authors found that napping and sleep extension were the
most promising sleep interventions for improved sleep and subsequent physical and/or
cognitive performance
. For athletes already getting around seven hours, they suggest
adding up to two hours a night across three to forty nine nights, or a nap of twenty to
ninety minutes.
The honest reading for a pillow: what helps is more sleep, not a product. A pillow cannot make you fitter. What it can do is stop you waking up, which is the only lever it has on any of this.
However you sleep
Use the higher contour. On your side the gap between your ear and the mattress is at its widest, which is exactly where a flat pillow leaves your neck unsupported. The contour fills that gap, and the arm slot takes the load off the shoulder you are lying on.

Questions
That is what it is built for. The cervical contour keeps your spine aligned through the night, preventing the strain that causes morning pain. Give yourself three nights to fully adjust before you judge it.
Most people feel the difference from night one, but full adaptation takes two to three nights. Your body has been compensating for a flat pillow for years, so it takes a few nights to relax into proper alignment.
The higher contour is designed for side sleeping. It fills the gap between your shoulder and your neck. The lower contour is for back sleeping, cradling your head while supporting your neck's natural curve. Simply flip the pillow to switch.
Yes. The cover is removable through a hidden zip underneath and machine washable at 30°C. We recommend washing it every two weeks. The memory foam core should be spot cleaned only and air dried.
You have fourteen days from delivery. If the pillow is unused and its hygiene seal is unbroken, send it back for a full refund. Opening the box and inspecting it does not affect that.
Once a pillow has been unsealed and slept on it cannot be resold, so we cannot take it back at full value. Customers in the EU keep their statutory right of withdrawal, with a 50% deduction for the diminished value. Elsewhere a used pillow cannot be returned. If you ordered a pair, that is the reason to give the first one three nights before you unwrap the second.
A faulty or damaged pillow is a different matter and is covered in full at our cost, seal or no seal. The returns policy sets out both routes.
No. The high density memory foam is built to hold its shape. Unlike regular pillows that go flat within months, it returns to its contoured shape every morning.
Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, tracked, and typically arrives in 4 to 7 days.
