What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend. A faster option is available at checkout, free over CHF 90.
What if it is not right for me?
You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind. The pillow needs to be unused with its hygiene seal unbroken, though you are welcome to open the box and inspect it exactly as you would in a shop. Once it has been slept on it cannot be resold: EU customers can still return it with a 50% deduction, elsewhere a used pillow cannot be returned. Anything faulty or damaged is covered in full at our cost. See the returns policy.
